Mission : IMPLANTATION MAGASIN DE PIECES DE RECHANGE A L'EST

Situation actuelle :
• 1 magasin situé à ROTTERDAM, chargé de la distribution des pièces de rechange sur l'EMEAR.
• NETWORK "EXPRESSISTE" ne permet pas de répondre aux exigences clients (pick-up tardif et livraison le lendemain avant 9 heures).
• Anticipation du basculement progressif du centre de gravité de l'activité P/R Vers l'Est.

Objectifs :
• Améliorer la performance de livraison sur la partie émergeante de l'Europe en implantant un second magasin tout en réduisant le niveau de Stock global.

Roadmap:
• Choix de la meilleure localisation en fonction du NETWORK du prestataire/contrat
• Dimensionnement du magasin en fonction des pièces stockées
• Processus de réapprovisionnement /tests
• BAAN interfacé avec système du prestataire/tests
• Mise en route
